SNSS March Release Bloghop Day 2~

My first card sample is very simple. I stamped the Borders and Backgrounds stamp on my base twice to create a background. Very original right? Then I stamped the newly released Inspirational Word Art sentiment and combined it with the open flower from Bloom and Grow. These flowers have a way of growing on me when I work with them, they are so pretty!
Materials Used:
Stamps: Borders and backgrounds, Inspirational Word Art, Bloom and Grow
Inks: Versafine habanero, versafine spanish moss
Paper: SU
Accessories: rhinestone, ribbon
My second card is combined with the Flower Blocks3. I love these cone flowers and these were the first I coloured! I combined this with the lace border stamp from the Borders and Backgrounds cut it out using the matching die. Aren't they wonderful? The flower is coloured using copics. The side panel is embossed and I embellished using pearls.
Materials Used:
Stamps: Flower Blocks3, Borders and Background
Inks: Memento black, copics, versafine black, versafine imperial purple
Paper: Bobunny, SU
Accessories: SNSS Dies, SU embossing folder, pearls

  20. I like both your cards, but especially love the soft colors in the second. I guess, since I'm an Aquarius, I'm just drawn to cool colors more! Your coloring on the cone flower is beautiful. Tfs!
