Blogger MIA

Hello to all my blogger friends! I still exist in the paper crafting world! Although I must say that I have not had too much time with scrapping creativity! With what I did get completed...here are some stolen moments! :)

This was made with a set from Sweet&Sassy stamps combined with words from CTMH. The image coloured with Copic markers, a new favourite.

And finally...

This card was made with SU's Music expressions! I fell in love with it when it came out in our catalogue and finally got to use it!

All cards made with SU cardstock, designer papers from various companies, Copics, nestabilities, Cuttlebug folders, ribbons, brads and pearls.

I want to hold your hand...

Another cute image from my friend Brandi! She stamped all these Elzybels and they have been the most fun to colour and put together. This one is perfect for Valentine's, although I would be quick to say I didn't colour it in the traditional reds/pinks because I wanted to use my limited supply of copics...silly, I know!

Materials: Elzybel, Basic Gray lilykate, Night of Navy, Sage Shadow, Whisper White CS, MS heart punch, Michaels ribbon.

Thanks for looking! Have a great weekend!

Can you tell what my new toy is? love this new Birds and Branches Sizzix die we carry in the catalogue! I textured the baja breeze and layered the dies over that and tied a ribbon on one of the pieces. Used Word window punch for the sentiment. Love this new level one set you can earn when you host a show!

Take a look at the next card for Materials list...thanks for looking!

Elzybell birdie~

These are adorable! I have had the most fun colouring them in. I kept this one simple and sweet, pulled out a few snowflake die cuts from my stash and combined it with the dotted paper(scenic route?)Of course I had to add something, so these mini pearls came in handy! Love how it turned out!

Thanks for looking! Have a great weekend!

This is one of my favourite images from Rubber Romance! Maybe because it is one of the two I own? haha. Love colouring this gal with all her chocolates. Again, I delved into my scrap pack and pulled some yummy colours together, coupled with SU punches and of course the ever ready MS border punch! of course, she needed some bling so I added a few glitter hearts :)

Love these little Elzybells, my friend Brandi gave me some images to colour while I was recovering the last few weeks. This one is especially adorable and the sentiment is equally cute!

I used Kraft CS and combined it with paperscraps that matched my colouring...did I mention, I bought a *few copics? mm-hmm...so I have been having fun colouring in images! It use to be that the less colouring, the better! I think it is funny how we all do that...thanks for looking!

So Thankful for you!

A bit late in kicking off the New Year...but here we go!!! Let me begin by wishing you all a Happy New Year! I'm still here even if I am lurking on my own blogspot, I have not been creating anything the last few weeks. The holidays came and went, albeit a wonderful time of year for our family! Our Marine was home and we enjoyed spending alot of time with him...took lots of pictures, ate lots of great food, enjoyed friends' company!

I needed some quick and cute Thank you cards...so, I made these 3x3's very quickly, just the right size I needed. I had surgery early in the month and one of my good friends organized meals for our family, so I've been sampling some excellent cuisine from friends and family! How fun...I guess I could call it a perk to having surgery, but if I'm not careful I might have to reset my goals at WeightWatchers! yikes!!

Materials used: SU! Window dressing, GinaK my cuppa joe, Sugared Basic Grey, Naturals Vanilla, Pretty in Pink CS, May Arts Ribbon, MS edge punch, copics (gasp),stickles.
Thanks for stopping by!
